Hey guys! It has been a while, and I mean, a very long time since I post an entry. Hahaha. For about 2 weeks from now we're going to celebrate Hari Raya Aidilfitri. And I know some of us are likely searching for cookies and stuff. For this year, since I have a lot of free time. I decided that instead of buying the cookies, why don't I make them ? Well, just so you know, I love baking! Hahaha.
So for today entry, I want to share a recipe that I have just bake it. It's a classic I guess. It's called Chocolate Corn Flakes Krunch or "Biskut Conr Flakes Coklat." I love this type of cookies because it is simple and easy to make, but it takes a lot of patience to spoon the ingredients into the cups! *I hate this part* Hahaha.
Chocolate Corn Flakes Crunch
Ingredients:
1 box Nestle Corn
Flakes
1 box Nestle Koko
Krunch
1 kg Beryl’s
Chocolate
1 tbs butter
1 cup chopped
roasted almond
Sprinkles
Directions:
- Pour the corn flakes, koko krunch and chopped roasted almond into a large bowl.
- Melt the chocolate along with the butter by using the double boiler technique.
- Pour in the melted chocolate into the bowl containing corn flakes, koko krunch and almond and mix it well.
- Line the paper cups on the tray and fill it in with the combined ingredients.
- Sprinkle on some sprinkles on the corn flakes.
- Let it cool off in the refrigerator until the chocolate harden
*Put the bowl
containing the combine ingredients onto a bowl containing hot water to prevent
the chocolate from hardening.
*Or just divide
the ingredients into 5 proportions and do it one by one to prevent the combined
ingredients harden before putting it into the paper cups.
For this recipe, it will yield for about 200-250 cups. Depend on how much you put it in the cuppies.

That's all for today. Happy Baking :D
