So, to continue my baking journey during this holy month of Ramadhan, tonight I decided to bake a classic cookies, which is Chocolate Chips Cookies! Yummy! Hahaha. I've always love chocolate chips cookies. It has been ages since I've baked them. So tonight, I want to share you a recipe that I've been using.
Ingredients:
2 ¼ cups
all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup butter
(softened)
¾ cup granulated
sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
extract
2 eggs
2 cup HERSHEY'S
SPECIAL DARK Chocolate Chips or HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

cup chopped nuts (optional)Directions:
- Heat oven to 190°C.
- Stir together flour, baking soda and salt. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Add eggs; beat well. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts, if desired. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. Makes about 5 dozen cookies

Well, if you want a Chocolate "Perfect Chocolate Chips Cookies", just simply add ½ cup of cocoa powder. Of course I'm using Hershey's. :D I find it delicious.
